In the webcomic Bicycle Cop Dave we ride along with LAPD bike officer David Richter as he patrols a gentrifying downtown L.A. He encounters interesting characters from a lawyer smoking crack in a port-a-potty, a one-armed prophet in a Skid Row bar with his wooden tablet of odd commandments, and a dangerous nutjob in a nice suit and a bunny head calling himself the Genghis Rabbit – who may or may not have the answers to several murders of bodies left hanging upside down.
